SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping on orders over US$99.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
The delivery timeline is divided into two phases: 

Processing Time: Allow 1-7 business days for order preparation. Processing time may vary depending on product categories and order volumes.

Shipping Time: Expect delivery within 12-15 business days, based on your selected logistics method and delivery address. Total Delivery Days = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For in-stock items, please allow 1-7 business days for processing the order and packaging. Orders received on Holidays and/or weekends will ship the following business day.

Please note that on occasion, such as during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

Virtuous Boutique only deliver to addresses in mainland United States. Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping.

Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: 
You may choose the shipping method you prefer during checkout: Standard, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Check shipping times and costs. Remember that the delivery times only include working days, and that holidays are not considered.

If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, it will ship via standard service. You may choose to upgrade to an expedited service for and additional fee.

 

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:
You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided by USPS. Tracking number will be displayed on the shipping confirmation email that you receive as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.

Please note that shipping is done by a third party company; therefore, we are not able to guarantee your order’s arrival date. Virtuous Boutique is not responsible for Lost, Stolen or damage shipments during transit; therefore all lost or damage shipments must be reported to USPS directly as soon as possible.

 

 

RETURNS:
Other payment and return policies may supplement this policy on the terms displayed.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, your online purchase can be returned to us within 20 days from the date the order was delivered. Returned Items will be available only for Exchange. Refunds will NOT be provided. Original shipping cost paid by the customer will NOT be refunded. 

Please note that any item(s) returned and received after the 20 days return window, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. If you require a size exchange, please write the size desired on the packing slip that you received with the package. Once we received the package the exchange will be processed.

The item(s) must be returned in a new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached and all relevant paper work by Virtuous Boutique. All returns are subject to inspection prior to processing the exchange.

Please take into account that for hygiene reasons the following products will not be available for exchange/refund: gels, control bodysuits, bands, girdles, corsets and intimate and/or undergarments in general.

If the return item(s) passed the inspection, an exchange will be provided within 7 to 14 days of receipt. If the item(s) is damage, missing hangtags, or has passed the return policy window, it will be returned to the costumer. Items that are final sale or clearance will also be retuned to the customer.

 All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We recommend that all returned shipment items be sent to us using a trackable shipping method. Make sure you add sufficient insurance to cover the purchase price of the item(s) being returned. Virtuous Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mishandled packages. All shipping charges are the costumer’s responsibility.

GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards may not be returned, or redeemed for cash, in any circumstances as the policy states. Terms & Conditions apply to Gift Cards.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS:
Virtuous Boutique accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase at stores in the U.S. and U.S. Territories, Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with an original receipt. Price tags are always included on the merchandise and required to obtain a refund or exchange. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Within 7 Days of Purchase*: Merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise. Refunds for returns made in-store typically process back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days, following a processing fee of 2.6%.
