Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise here is our shipping policy, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Virtuousboutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

Virtuous Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your estimated delivery date.

Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing an E-Gift Card for the item(s) not in stock.
